Love Your Wetlands Day

The Kendall-Frost/Northern Wildlife Reserve in the northeast corner of Mission Bay Park is the only remaining saltwater wetland in Mission Bay and is normally closed to the public due to its fragile nature. This annual event is one of the few opportunities for the public to actually visit the wetland.

San Diego Fermentation Festival

Celebrating Food, Culture, Knowledge, and Community. Features a Makers Marketplace showcasing the southern California bounty of artisanal food makers and brewers, an Ambrosia Garden (21+) featuring fermented adult beverages such as mead, beer, kombucha and wine, workshops and presentations, Wellness Pavilion with yoga classes, live music and entertainment.

Sandbag Give-A-Way Event
