During October median prices for attached homes increased by 4.71% while median prices for detached homes continued to increase this month by 4.10% compared to those of the previous month. The total number of homes sold during October increased in both attached (4.57%) and detached (1.10%) single family homes compared to the number of homes that sold during October 2008.
The above numbers represent condos and detached homes that closed escrow during the month of October and have actually been taken of the market during August or September.
