Grape Day Festival and Parade 9/08
A great day for a parade and festival in Escondido! Parade features Equestrian, floas, marching bands and more. Nearly 100 vendors, including arts and crafts will be there. Festival begins at 9:30am and runs until 5:00pm. The parade on Grand Avenue begins at 9:30am at Escondido Boulevard and marches through Juniper.

Greek Festival 9/08 – 9/09

Musical Story Time Series 9/08
Conducted by a professional facilitator and teacher, this four part program held at the Carlsbad Museum of Making Music is a unique storytelling experience for children ages seven and under. Event starts at 9:30am so come on and bring the whole family!

Menghini Arts and Music Festival 9/20 – 9/23
Visitors will see fine arts and crafts, sample locally produced wines, listen to live country music and watch the terrific Mountain Gypsy Belly Dancers while relaxing in the apple orchard surrounding the vineyard at the Menghini Winery. This event is free and open to the public with plenty of parking.

Carlsbad ArtSplash 9/22 – 923
Carlsbad ArtSplash located on Armada Drive in Carlsbad is an innovative, highenergy family festival of arts, food and fun. The event is from 10:00am to 5:00pm and will include chalk art street paintings, artists at work, live stage shows, street performances and an array of local cuisine.

This event covers eight blocks of Adams Avenue and is attended by over 100,000 people each year. The Adams Avenue Street Fair offers over seventy live music performances on six stages, and over 300 arts & craft and food vendors, carnival rides and family activities so bring the whole family!

Big Band Concert & Dance 9/29

From 10:00am to 4:30pm at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, this Heart Ride charity event will feature a motorcycle and classic car show, International Chili Society-sanctioned district chili cookoff, music, a BBQ, vendors, raffle and drawings. It will also feature a motorcycle safety event called “Road Kill Rodeo”.

Pumpkin Central 9/29 – 9/30
Located in the east lot, across Jimmy Durante Boulevard from the Del Mar Fairgrounds, this event is ideal for children aged three to thirteen and includes pumpkins, ten kid rides, a petting zoo and haunted house. Pumpkin Central offers a wide variety of gourds, squashes, Indian corn, Mexican squash and Australian

Family Fun Fest Fair 9/30
