2007 Union-Tribune Race for Literacy – 5/5/07, 5/6/07
The largest kids run in California! Take in a scenic 8K run or walk through Balboa Park, down Highway 163 and through downtown to Pantoja Park. The Cult Bike Ride – 5/20/07
The tour de fun sets out from Velo Culture Bike Shop in La Jolla at 7:00 pm on the third Friday of every month. Each ride beholds a new destination, be it a beach, fire pit or bar. The pack travels at a comfort-able cruising speed, so experienced racers and casual riders alike are able to enjoy the trip.
