Yesterday I received a package from an investor, Penny, who has purchased one of the top floor (11th floor) suites in the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Inside the package were a few pictures that were taken from Erdman Video Systems, Inc during the Hard Rock Hotel’s construction and according to Penny were posted on a site for the investors who had purchased a condo suite at the Hard Rock Hotel for construction monitoring access. This morning I received a call from an investor who had purchased one of the Hard Rock Hotel’s suites in San Diego. The investor sounded very frustrated with the developer and its current policy to not allow outside Realtors to resell properties that current owners want to be sold claiming that this policy is against the property owner’s best interests.
