Apparently due to overall market conditions in South Bay San Diego combined with high prices, Terra Vista condos sales slowed down so much in 2006 that the developer had to turn the project back to the lender sometime during October or November of 2006 – that was the last time the phone number on the developer’s sales signs was active.
