A three bedroom Rancho Bernardo home under 300,000? That is what I questioned myself when I saw this 1225 square feet three bedroom - two bath condominium with a 1-car detached garage at the Vista Del Lago community of Rancho Bernardo.

Yesterday, while I was trying to analyze the extremely low number of detached single family home sales that was reported by SDAR (San Diego Association of Realtors) for December 2007, I could not get their numbers to equal those I kept getting through the MLS database while performing custom searches.

Four out of ten (40%) homes that I posted two weeks ago as the best real estate deals that could be found during December among the homes for sale in the San Diego home listings database are already off the market.
