San Diego Buyers Want Deals

Four out of ten (40%) homes that I posted two weeks ago as the best real estate deals that could be found during December among the homes for sale in the San Diego home listings database are already off the market.

Looks like homebuyers in search for a home in San Diego know when a deal is good as those homes had an offer within a couple days I posted about them. There are still a couple great deals among the ten homes I had seen as the best real estate deals in December.
