As a follow up on my last blog entry about luxury home sales in San Diego keep strong, last week on May 30th a Del Mar Ocean Front property close escrow on a record for San Diego County most expensive sales price of $35 million. It easily surpassed the previous sale record of $25 million that was set in 2000 for another luxury home also in Del Mar. Read more…
