Mission Village - Serra Mesa (92123) Real Estate

Mission Village is part of Serra Mesa, located south of Kearny Mesa in District 6. It was originally a part of the lands of Mission San Diego de Alcala. The military housing that once added to the residential real estate in this area has been replaced with new two and three story town homes. In addition to the new replacement of town homes, other real estate in this area is single family homes, condominiums and apartments. Most of these residential units and business establishments were developed by 1970. Currently, a project to renovate the entire area has been completed or close to being completed.

Children's Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital are both residents of the area as well as many other businesses. Just down the hill to the south of Mission Village is the Qualcomm Stadium on Friars Road to the west is Mission Valley and Fashion Valley. This community is easily accessed via Interstates 15, 163 and 805. The Montgomery Field Airport is also located in this community.
