Eastlake is the oldest master-planned community in Chula Vista. It continues to be popular with homebuyers with its many amenities and family-oriented neighborhoods. Eastlake is located in eastern Chula Vista, California, in the San Diego area. It is minutes south of downtown San Diego, 8 miles north of the USA/Mexico border and is east of Interstate 805. This other half of Eastlake community is north of Olympic Parkway and south of Otay Lakes Road.
