During November median prices for attached homes increased by 5.71% while median prices for detached homes deceased by 1.31% compared to those of the previous month. The total number of homes sold during November increased in double digits in both attached (16.69%) and detached (12.54%) single family homes compared to the number of homes that sold during November 2008.

The above numbers represent condos and detached homes that closed escrow during the month of November and have actually been taken of the market during September or October.
