During the traditionaly slow month of November median prices have dropped again compared to those of the previous month bringing the median price drop Year to Date from the 2007 median price to 30.36% for attached homes and 28.82% for detached homes, while the total number of homes sold during November of 2008 increased by almost 150% the number of homes that sold during the same month of 2007.

As a reminder, these numbers represent condos and detached homes that closed escrow during the month of November and have actually been taken of the market during September or October.
