This is a fabulous condo that is centrally located in Solana Beach/San Diego CA. Short distance to the beaches, highway systems, Del Mar race track, shopping, dining, etc. This is a top floor corner unit with a great wall of windows providing tons of natural light. Due to the units location even though there are lots of windows it is very private. View is towards a nice tree lined hillslope with no buildings behind you. Wonderful vaulted ceiling with no popcorn gives you the feeling of more space. Ceiling fans in 3 rooms. The unit has a very nice flow due to its floorplan. The large covered patio is accessible from the living room or the bedroom and hoa allows grills. Large living room & dining room open to the kitchen. The kitchen has been beautifully appointed. Owners remodeled the kitchen last year with a beautiful slab Quartz counter top, an under counter sink, quality fixtures, SS appliances, self closing doors & drawers, recessed lighting, & new flooring. The kitchen has a lot of cabinets so storage is abundant.
