There’s only 10 days left! Make sure don’t miss out on the home buyer tax credit, which requires a binding written contract to be in place by April 30, 2010, with a closing date no later than June 30, 2010. Qualified first-time home buyers can receive a credit of up to $8,000. Other qualified buyers can receive a credit of up to $6,500.
